One Canada Square was going through a refurbishment of the ground floor and Canary Wharf offered Stepladder to work on the launch of the space. The idea was to refresh the brand and create a marketing campaign that would revive the spirit of the building and let agents know what else it has to offer.
While working on the new website we prepared the campaign plan: “the home of progress”, the idea was to celebrate all the ways One Canada Square can take talent and businesses to the next level.
Over 4 to 5 months we planned for drone footage of the ground floor, videos, interviews, gifts to send to the agents, newsletters, social media activations, invitations and a sporting event.
